Schwimmbad

A traditional style that we've been chomping at the bit to try our hand at brewing and just in time to send off pool season and move into fall festivities. To start out, we used a blend of local and European grains (including Grain R&D raw wheat). From there, we went with good old noble hops, Czech Saaz, to keep things classic. It has a beautiful deep mahogany color resulting in a slightly sweet, and malty flavor profile. Clove, nutmeg perfect for sippin' in the Fall. On the nose we're getting notes of vanilla, banana and just a kiss of bubble gum. We're really digging the final product and we hope you will too! 4.6% ABV. Show Less
