Et Tu, Brute?

Et Tu, Brute? is our take on a new IPA sub-style, BRUT IPA! It is bone-dry, low in bitterness but HIGH in tropical aromatics from late and dry hop additions ONLY. And PLENTY of 'em! We loved the pilot batch so much, we decided to give it a whirl on our 15BBL brewhouse. A VERY fermentable base and the enzyme amyloglucosidase, helps to convert ALL of the starchy material over to super fermentable glucose. This technique is usually used to make low carb or “light” beer. But not here at Wort Hog. Oh no, no! You know us better than that! We dry hopped the heck out of this with Copious amounts of Citra, ElDorado, Ella (from Australia)and Wakatu (from New Zealand)! This ain’t your Grand-pappy’s light beer! Enjoy! Show Less
