The Emelisse Barley Wine is a true recurring phenomenon within the Emelisse White Label Series. This time brewed with a small characteristic twist, where hints of red fruit and smokiness from the Scottish Single Malt Islay whisky barrels predominate in the aroma. The deep brown foam head and amber-coloured Barley Wine conceal a prominent sweet note combined with a very complex roasted and peated note.
