Strong toffee aroma out of the gate. You can smell it a foot away from the glass. Balanced flavor profile with a light hop rise near the end. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Perhaps some muted winter spices in there,perhaps yeast

This was actually very good. Spice complemented by a tartness that I suspect (sadly) was unintentional.
Mark: Sorry forgot to rate, but above average. Their wine is still better. Surprisingly good chardonnay.
It does have a robust roast coffee nose and even a bit of woody smoke. It also pours a rich looking opaque brown with an ample tan head. It even has a decent flavor, similar to the aroma. It’s fatal flaw is heinous lack of body. This comes across as stout
