Phantazulous

Pantazulous is a Hazy IPA brewed with a cutting edge, very rare ingredient called Phantasm Powder. Only a small handful of breweries have access to this ingredient. Phantasm is freeze dried New Zealand Sauvignon Grape skins, we use them to add Thiol Precursors (fruity flavor and aroma compounds) to the beer. We then ferment the beer with a new yeast called Cosmic Punch, which magically unlocks the pungent flavor and aroma Thiols. Look for flavors of passionfruit, sauvignon grapes, and intense tropical fruit.

A very rich and smooth malt base sets the stage for aggressive additions of Citra, Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret Hops. Show Less
