大家都比较期待Grisette格雷赛特风格，第二款就开了韦弗山谷Introducing系列，去年喝的这个系列添加尼尔森苏维酒花，但印象已经模糊，这款是添加了taiheke。倒出来与预期还是挺大差异，以为会很清透没想到还很浑浊。香气非常的聚集且持久，口感很清爽，19年的酸质柔和又很强劲，最神奇的是花香四溢！我们都以为加入了什么花果，全场最喜欢！

Aroma of straw, grape, lemon. The lemon is found throughout with soft white grape, very light pepper. Light tartness without. Nice brewery.

Incredibly delicious grisette. Mildly tart balanced acidity with that soft wheaty note that makes weaver hollow beers so delicious. Not sure I can tell the the taiheke hops. Maybe it’s too subtle but the beer is delicious
