Belgium has a long history or brewing distinctive beers and is respected throughout the world for its saisons, abbey ales, and sours, but perhaps the most universally enjoyed style to emerge from the Belgian tradition is the Belgian Wit. Light and spritzy, Wits combine the sweetness of wheat with a balanced spice profile and lively carbonation. Our version of this classic style is light and refreshing with a subtle spice aroma. As a nod to the heritage of the area in which we live, we have added cardamom, a spice used frequently in Scandanavian cuisine, to the traditional orange and coriander.
