Jon Bohannen: I liked that yeast a lot. I used wlp500 before and it wasn't my favorite. Ill have to try the wyeast
Anthony: We use BSI at the brewery so its probably not exactly the same as White Labs or Wyeast, but I think temperature regimen is most important.

This is a great belgian and I'm not usually a fan of belgians. Good yeast choice. Obviously not trappist ale yeast? Phenolic and fruity.
