Panpan Bajer

PanPan Bajer is a beer brewed exclusively for Copenhagen Zoo, to celebrate their new panda exhibit. To represent the region where the animals are from, we used a lot of bergamot juice and oil. Bergamot is a citrus fruit that has it's roots in Asia. This fruit also compliments the aroma of Simcoe, which is what this beer was dry-hopped exclusively with.
The result is a fruity, full bodied american style pale ale, that we are proud to produce for Copenhagen Zoo. Enjoy! Show Less
