On the nose is bottled pineapple juice, pineapple cubes & something biscuity. Initial impression on the palate is pineapple joined by lime juice & pith & a bouquet garni of bitter herbs there is a residual sweetness from the biscuit but it i's background.

Not the dank NEIPA style, but a much more easy drinking beer with good balance and plenty going on. Maybe a little bitter in the finish, but I just finished a stronger beer, so I've lost some of the subtlety. Very nice, though, and a steal at £2.50.
