Candependence

Haze, hops and hype: three components that are quite common with the latest canned Yeast Coast IPAs - some of which are catching on right here in our own SoCal backyard. We’re not taking sides or claiming coasts. In fact, our can-do attitude prompted us to take this juicy release directly to draft. This is Candependence - a bicoastal extra hoppy pale ale from our pilot system. Fermented with California Ale yeast with a suitable amount of lingering haze, this hoppy pale ale features a straight-forward malt bill with some oats, plus juicy Mosaic and Citra hops in the whirlpool. The tropical, fruity and melon notes are further propelled aromatically by heavy dry-hopping with Citra, Huell Melon, Simcoe and Amarillo hops.
