Taproom Series #25

Taproom #25 is a New England Style Double IPA with a dank, pineapple, and bright citrus aroma. This beer is currently tasting like dank grapefruit, bright citrus, and pineapple with notes of melon, mango, and tangerine. Over the next 2-3 weeks, we expect it’s dank grapefruit and bright citrus flavors to mellow; allowing the more delicate melon, mango and tangerine flavors to come forward.

As with every beer in the Taproom Series, our brewers explore different ingredients and brewing processes to craft tasty NEIPAs. For this Taproom IPA our brewers main focus was on experimenting with a new dry-hop combination: Idaho Gem, Amarillo, Citra, & Nectaron. They also focused on process changes to enhance the creamy mouthfeel without adding sweet adjuncts like lactose.
