ITALIANO - L’olfatto è dominato dalle caratteristiche note agrumate e resinose del luppolo americano Amarillo, ma in bocca rimane fedele allo stile Baladin e non perde di vista l’equilibrio. Le note maltate, i sentori di caramello e frutta secca, ben bilanciano il tipico amaro del luppolo. L’elevato grado alcolico (8 gradi) è mascherato dalla struttura, per una birra che invita alla compagnia, alla socializzazione e alle lunghe serate. SUPER BITTER, è indicata con le carni brasate e ottima con i formaggi stagionati.
ENGLISH - Super Bitter” it undoubtedly follows the current trend of bitter beers, but without taking it too far! Super Bitter has sure plenty of hoppy scents - given by the generous use of a particular type of American hops called “Amarillo” - but it remains true to its Baladin identity and strikes a perfect balance with notes of caramel, dried fruit (just a hint) and the bitterness of the hops.
