In 2017 on tap, this was wonderful. 2018 in the bottle, good but not nearly as refined. 3 years in the cellar… the flavours work (baker’s chocolate, dark fruits, oaky bourbon, tobacco in the finish), but the fizzy body is a minus. Still, I’m enjoying it.
