Blood Orange Cranberry Crisp

Blood Orange and Cranberry is brewed with cinnamon, brown sugar, milk sugar, vanilla and a dash of nutmeg.

We also added in a serving of fresh orange zest to provide a bit of bright orange tone to the fruit charge. The batch was then conditioned in one of our favorite ways. On a Double Fruited payload of Blood Orange and Cran which make a beautiful pair.

This rendition of Crisp is full of complexities that present themselves differently at varying temperatures. We find that when let to warm to around 45F, the fruit notes come to life and mingle with the molasses tones of brown sugar and the vanilla in a very unique and pleasing way.
