Splendid stuff. Very 3f in the nose. Funk and acid and oak. Reminiscent of the Zenne/Sherry blends. Very pale. Sharp. Low carb after initial spritz. Flavour of funk and lemons, bit pithy and a herbal dry finish. Awesome. Will be watching for more.
