No-Boil IPA with Cashmere and Idaho 7.
The next in our Adulting series and our first attempt at a new process, the “No-Boil” IPA was introduced to us by our friends at Imprint Beer Co. out of Pennsylvania. They brought an amazing NBIPA to Field Dayz and it blew us away with its complexity and incredible mouthfeel. They told us how they made it and we tried it for ourselves. The result is an insane depth of malt character with layers upon layers of hop character and a dense and starchy body with a foam as dense as whipped cream. The hops give us balanced honeydew melon, candied pineapple, citrus and strawberries. We are very excited about this process and you will see more NBIPAs in the future.
