Bryter Pilsner Saphir

The first in our ongoing Bryter Pilsner series, we're featuring Saphir hops in this lovely, delicate little crusher of a Pilsner. Brewed mostly with Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna for depth, Bryter has soft notes of lemon peel, bread dough, fresh cracked pepper. It underwent primary fermentation for 2 weeks and then was lagered and naturally carbonated over 6 weeks for clarity and flavor development. But the star of the show is Saphir, a German hop varietal with awe-inspiring floral and citrus attributes that really make this version of Bryter really shine. Show Less
