Lots of maple, light and balanced pecans. I didn't get much cinnamon. It was probably hidden in some of the notes from the rum barrel. The rum complimented everything really well

Told myself I wasn't going to give it a 5 "just because" But here we are. What a fantastic, sticky mead. Smells like boozy maple syrup and rum. Nice amount of cinnamon. Silky smooth viscosity from the syrup and pecans? I want to pour this on pancakes.
