Cole's Cockles Warmer

This Friday 2/11 we release our first new beer of '22 and it's a very special one: Cole's Cockles Warmer Rye IPA! The beer is named in memory of our former bartender and volunteer brewing assistant Cole Haskell, who died suddenly in December. Cole was a big fan of brewing with rye so this is an appropriate beer release party to celebrate his memory. Meanwhile the beer: we used Munton's Maris Otter and Briess Malted Rye for the grain bill, Chinook hops for bittering, AND it's double dry-hopped with Sabro and Galaxy so expect complex tropical citrus notes to complement the spiciness of rye.
