Ich wollte einfach auch mal so eine uralte Vintage von einem Bier probieren. 13 Jahre sind schon echt ne Hausmarke! Es ist unheimlich dunkel, die Kohlensäure scheint noch voll in Ordnung! Es duftet richtig toll - PX Rosinennoten, Portwein und Tannine sind

Christoph S: am präsentesten. Dazu die sanften Karamellnoten vom Malz und Kandiszucker. Natürlich kommt viel von der Oxidation, aber so duftet es toll.
Christoph S: Geschmacklich merkt man das Alter mehr. Es ist recht ausgedünnt und eher flach. Wirkt aber gut ausbalanciert. Wie ein leichter/verdünnter
Christoph S: Portwein. Es ist wenig vom eigentlichen Bier zu schmecken. Eher noch die Süße und eine dezente Booziness. Definitiv über seinen Höhepunkt
Christoph S: hinaus, aber dennoch eine richtig tolle Erfahrung! Möchte in Zukunft gerne mehr von De Struise probieren.
