Nice rustic bread crust aroma w/gentle meaty, smoked ham notes. Mild flavors of dark roast malts w/light meaty smoke notes. Well executed, but I would like a bit more smoke character. Still, very enjoyable! 👍

Smoky, meaty smell. Taste is malty sweet throughout. It has the meaty/smoky notes of a Rauchbier, but pretty mild and not too overpowering. Roasted malt tastes are nice. Canned December 2021 and it’s still pretty solid. Very enjoyable.
