It's lost some of the carbonation I assume it had once upon a time, but the caramel apple nose and sugar rum taste make this a lovely sip. Happy Birthday to me!

Bottled: 08-Jan-2015. Another from my beer stash. Lovely sour with hints of grape, apple, raisin, belgian yeast esters. Not too tart and loads of oak and vanilla from the barrel. Hints of rum that are well balanced. Nice dry finish. Very, very good!
