Honestly, drinking something as incredible as this, bottled almost five years ago, I don't feel worthy. A belated birthday drink from my wife and my God it's incredible. Munich/Special B/Caramel Malts/Flaked Maize. Pediococcus + Lactobacillus. Sealed in oak barrels from New England Distilling that were used to age rum. 10.8% ABV. Bottled Sept 2018. So fantastic. A slight tad too sour for my taste but excellent for sure.

Smooth and rich flavor. Rum is a nice touch. I love these high abv dark barrel aged sours. Not too tart but unfortunately, the mix of souring bacteria used made me feel kinda sick so subtracting some points for that.
