The hops pop more than you’d expect in the nose, but still some classic Mild aromas of toasted light roasted malt. Dark brown colour. Light sweet, malty, nutty, toasted flavours. Even a hint of coffee. Light body,, no astringency. Solid.

Brewed Awakening is drinking a Mr. Bloggins by Red Collar Brewing Co.

Lemony and grapefruity citrus followed by lightly roasty malts. The hops are pretty prominent here for what is usually a malt forward brew. A bit off the mark for an English mild. In fact, I'd say it closer to a Black IPA. Still a decent beer though.
