Oak-Aged Doozy! (2018)

With Citra, Columbus, Simcoe, and Azacca hop additions from mash to sparge to kettle, we hop this beer at every conceivable stage of production. We then hit the whirlpool with a large dose of Citra and NZ Rakau. But we’re not done yet: the beer then gets fermented on Missouri white oak from our friends at Oak Solutions Group in Lebanon, MO. Finally, we dry hop with two giant charges of Citra, Galaxy, and Lemondrop hops. The result is a brazen bitterness and citrusy and floral aroma that doesn’t quit until you do. Show Less
