This one didn't really benefit from where it was in the flight? We moved it to after the pear cider to help it... But it's still different than I remember? Still has a nice honey start, then almost goes a bit savory? Then mellows out.

Kinda of “green” not quite ripe note. Very dry that doesn’t leave a lot of apple flavor I like in ciders. This is complex, I’m just not the one to appreciate it.
