No Sleeves (2017)

Working at a farm brewery requires tons of physical effort, which is why our Assistant Brewer, Brian, prefers to work sleeveless during the hot summer days on the farm. So when we asked Brian to develop a recipe that would quench his thirst at the end of a long work day, he came up with this Double Dry-Hopped American Blonde Ale. He added flaked wheat and pale malt in the grain bill for a refreshing and easy drinking mouthfeel. Copious amounts of Australian Summer and Ella hops were used in the boil and dry-hop. This brew was designed to be incredibly aromatic and supremely drinkable, with waves of bright citrus in the flavor profile followed by a clean finish. Show Less
