Destination Mars Flight 5
This mission of Destination Mars Flight 5 includes mash hopping, first wort hopping, & copious amounts of hops in the whirlpool and dry hopping. To really blast this beer off we used hand picked fresh wet hops from GEMS hop farm that we froze to see if we can make fresh wet hop beers all year round.

Malts:
Pilsner, 2 row, White Wheat, Oats, Crystal 45°L, 77°L, & 80°L, chocolate malt, Roasted Barley, Munich, and Maris Otter.

Hops: Frozen fresh wet Triple Pearl, Fuggles, Centennial, Amarillo, US Goldings, Comet, Simcoe, Newport, El Dorado, Cascade, Saaz, Belma, Citra, & Tahoma.

Fermented with lager yeast and harvest ale yeast from our tangerine ale. Show Less
