“Assets Wasted”

We will assuredly not be regretting the opportunity to pack as much hop character as possible into a single beer.

“Assets Wasted” is a culmination of advanced hop products and techniques that pushes the boundaries of New England IPA fermentation. We wanted to take advantage of as many assets as we had at our disposal and throw them at a base beer that we could make as big as possible.

Standing tall at 10% ABV, it’s Triple Dry Hopped with Citra Incognito, HBC 586 Lupomax, Talus, and even more Citra & HBC 586. Innovative techniques create a resinous quality that carries through the onslaught of tropical fruit notes of lychee, Bartlett pear, and melon. “Assets Wasted” outfits a light milk like haze and big creamy soft body, bold enough to stand up to its high gravity, yet smooth without being sweet.

We hope the assets allocated to this pursuit were not wasted, that people are not let down by it, and some advantages were gained from it. Show Less
