2022 Wet-Hopped Grumpy Bastard IBA

A black IPA brewed with incredibly rare November harvest wet Cascade hops courtesy of the farm @ Marlow properties LLC. As special as wet hopped beers can be, they can unfortunately end up tasting grassy, especially on the finish. A touch of chocolate wheat gives this beer a captivating black hue and supple mouthfeel in the combination of the wet hops in this malt transform that grassy note into a flavor profile more akin to rosemary well allowing the freshness of the late harvest hops to shine through.
