버번 배럴? 배럴의 느낌은 약하다. 생강의 알싸함과 계피의 화한 느낌이 맛을 주도하며, 유당이 들어갔음에도 질감은 생각보다 묽고 가볍다. 탄산감이 다른 임페리얼 스타우트보다 강한 편. 진한 단맛이 있으나 부재료와 컨셉에 잘 어울리며 의도한 대로의 느낌을 잘 전달한다. 그러나 바디와 질감이 아쉬우며, 부재료 외 기본적인 스타우트의 완성도로는 평범하다.
