This sour had all the best tropical flavors balanced into an almost perfect beer. It’s smooth and not too overbearing with its flavors. That added vanilla adds a desserty finish. Definitely my favorite from Hidden Springs.

Border line smoothie sour. Not quite as thick as a smoothie but quite a bit of sediment at bottom. I had to stir my glass a few times. Passion fruit overpowers the dragon fruit but it was quite the tropical treat. Juicy and sweet with hint of tart.

Exploded in foam immediately upon opening, and had to wait a minute or so for it to settle down. Beyond the overflow, it was outstanding! The tropical bite of passionfruit dominates, complimented by creamy vanilla and the softer tartness of dragonfruit.
