WTF? This is good. Viscous despite no carb, fig, caramel, prune, whisky vanillin, light hint of smoke on the nose, little peppery booze on the finish.

So we had this variant too, and the whiskey gives it a nice peaty malt character. Some oxidation. More flavorful than the calvados version
