IT TAKES 2 TA-MANGO

For our first collaboration we are joining forces with Broadway based brewery Staves. Richard and I met Zac on two separate occasions. Richard completed his microbrewing course and work placement with Zac and I got to sling beers to the public and to each other on a rainy Sydney afternoon.

We have decided to mix two of our favorite styles together to create a mango driven sour new England IPA. Pilling 50Kilos of Mango into Staves 600L system was tight but it has worked perfectly.

This beer has a hazy yellow to golden orange colour with an average foam, Aroma of mango, tangerine and pine, Flavor is moderately sweet and low bitterness, bursting with fresh mango, with a slight tartness that is reminiscent of green mango, fruit juice. Show Less
