A bit of age starting to show. Drank every bit as big as 10.6% Brett is plenty present, along with candy and honey. The barrel provides plenty of tannins, although any wine character is mostly gone. A bit past, but still nice to try.

Ok, so some of you are going to say I was crazy to hold on to this one so long, but I broke it out for a Thanksgiving recipe and HAD to drink the rest. Just going to say that it actually aged pretty well and has dryer tart finish after 5 years.
