Sour Series - Sour Cherry & Poppy Seed Strudel

Kollab sőzet a luxemburgi Totenhopfen sörfőzdével.
A laktózos, savanyú alapsört főzés után megdobtuk rengeteg természetes meggypürével és egy hatalmas adag mákkal, de került bele fahéj és vanília is, hogy kiegészítse az ízjegyeket. Az elkészült sör hihetetlen ízvilágot kapott a gyümölcstől is, és a máktól is. A savanykás, ám a laktóztól édes sör teljes mértékig visszaadja, amit mi megálmodtunk, hiszen éppen olyan minden kortya, mint egy falat egy friss, klasszikus meggyes-mákos rétesből.

Besides lactose, we added a huge amount of sour cherry puree, poppy seeds and of course some cinnamon and vanilla just to reach the perfect balance of tastes. The beer itself is an incredible one, that gives you the true feeling of a freshly baked sour cherry, poppy seed strudel, with the savory taste of sour cherries, and the special taste of poppy seeds.
