Two's Company [Azacca & Idaho7]

Two's Company is a series of beers showcasing two hop variety's with a double dry hop. Plenty of hops! In the first of the series we went with two big hitters Azacca and Idaho 7. Azacca gives off a pleasant mix of tropical fruits kissed with citrus. On the palate it’s particularly spicy, with mango, pineapple and some pine and tangerine-esque qualities. Idaho 7 hops are known for their piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas which gives us some bitter finish to the beer.
