Infinitefinite (v3.0)

Infinitefinite v3.0 is a premium blend of barrel aged Stouts & double barrel aged Stouts. This beer uses the best of the best barrels that we sampled throughout the year & what would complement each other to take the blend to the next level. Consisting of 4 barrels, Infinitefinite v3.0 uses Imperial Stout aged 22 months in Willett Rye barrel, Imperial Stout aged 16 months in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrel, Imperial Stout aged 22 months in Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel, & Infinitefinite v2.0 blend re-barreled & aged an additional 12 months in Woodford Reserve barrel (contains stout threads that have been aging for 24-37 months & have been in upwards of 3 different barrels). This big barrel aged stout is very enjoyable & full of flavors. We’re experiencing big spirit & oak flavors upfront followed by waves of chocolate syrup with notes of umami, burnt caramel, & vanilla.
