Almost two weeks after canning. Nose is citrus and fresh cherries. Hop flavor intensity has mellowed. This allows the malt sweetness and citrusy/peachy hops to balance out better. Just as enjoyable as my last can.

Late check in. Drank a few days after canning. Fresh pungent hop on the nose. Beautiful rocky head. Complex citrus and overripe tropical hop flavor sensation, almost savory/umami levels of hop. Clean finish. Enjoyable, and unique in the local scene.

Hazy Dijon in color. Fragrant on the nose -smells like tropical fruits. Has a nice foamy head and good retention. On the palate, there's ripe and sweet mandarin oranges and pineapples. Fairly carbonated and ample bitterness. Other IPAs should watch out!
