West Coast IPA, 13° Plato, 6.5% ABV. Trojitá kooperační várka Sibeeria Brewery, Demory Paris a Moor Beer Company. Letos v lednu jsme spolu strávili týden, cestovali jsme po Německu a pak vařili u nás v Praze - a po několika týdnech se nám narodilo společné pivo: čirá a hořká klasická West Coast IPA s chmely Simcoe, Falconer's Flight, Chinook a Columbus.

Triple collaboration batch of Sibeeria Brewery, Demory Paris, and Moor Beer Company. At the beginning of January, we spent a week together travelling and then brewing beer. After a few weeks, a joint beer was born in Prague - a crisp and bitter West Coast IPA with Simcoe, Falconer's Flight, Chinook, and Columbus hops. Better to not ask why there is a moose on the label.
