闻瓶塞和刚开瓶时的味道，珊瑚白葡萄的味道十分愉悦，花果水果香甜，闻香箘臭感挺重，马厩，干蘑菇，酵母味道，会联想到芝麻菜，泥土。入口桃子杏子果香，比想象的酸度要高一点，但很明亮，回味是靠近果核的苦感和轻微涩感。回温后的香气更讨喜了，甜感出来了箘臭感下降，能更直观的感受到白葡萄的气息，杯中残留的酒液越少，花香气息越直观清晰，平底酵母部分酒体更浓郁，酒体变得厚重，箘子的鲜感出来了。很久没喝兰比克，整体很喜欢。
