Frag Out

Frag Out was brewed with Pils, Dextrin and Wheat malt, Flaked Oats, and Falconer’s Flight hops and Fermented with London Ale III Yeast. This 20 barrel (nominal) batch of Frag Out was hopped with 2.5 lbs of Falconer’s Flight hops at first wort, 6 lbs of Falconer’s in the whirlpool, and another 8 lbs in the hopback placed between the whirlpool and heat exchanger on the way to the fermenter. We dry-hopped with 6 lbs of Falconer’s Flight at high krausen and then again post diacetyl-rest with 30 lbs of Falconer’s. This batch of Frag Out was packaged on Monday, July 17th. Show Less
