Brewer's Imbroglio

Imbroglio: noun
an extremely confused, complicated, or embarrassing situation.

This triple dry-hopped double IPA pours with a slightly hazy appearance and soft white head that leaves subtle lacing in the glass. We wanted to feature the versatility of Strata hops in this beer, so we used it in multiple ways through out the process along with Citra and Calypso to create a tropical aroma upfront with hints of citrus and resin on the back end. While we ended up using 5# per barrel of hops in this beer, we tried to keep the bitterness low to make this double IPA even more approachable. Sitting at just under 8% ABV this beer is surprisingly dry with a clean finish. Show Less
