Marmalade Skies Mandarin IPA

Our newest creation, Marmalade Skies, is literally a juicy IPA. It was brewed with local malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, copious amounts of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as 100lbs of fresh mandarin oranges, donated by our friends at Imperfect Produce. The oranges were hand squeezed into the boil by our tenacious brew crew. The result is a deliciously refreshing IPA. The first thing you notice is the juicy orange, slightly hazy color, followed by a citrusy sweet mandarin nose. The taste is decidedly hoppy, but not overly bitter, with a fruity backbone and underlying mandarin flavor. We hope you enjoy this seasonal IPA as much as we do! Show Less
