Traditional Ice Mead aged on Sazerac barrel staves. It's not special because of what we made but WHO we made it for... local legend and our friend Andrew Ellis. We were lucky enough to have known Andrew, as well as hosting Andrew, Mary , and Taylir for What the Flux Studio sessions in the taproom, that eventually led to Taylir becoming one of our house bartenders! We wanted to honor him, in all his wonder and magnificence, in a way we best know how, and that's through a mead we hoped he would have loved.
