Dark chocolate & coffee with vanilla & maple sweetness following in both aroma/taste. All flavors are perfectly balanced with one another. Subtle bourbon & oak barrel char notes here. Mild roasty bitterness. 3 & 1/2 years of aging helped this brew out!
