I'm a big fan a kveik's fruity flavours, paired with the quince this makes a very refreshing ale, reminiscent of summer. Definitely the chunkiest beer I've ever had though !

Not that different from your average pale ale, lots of sediment, roll well. I dont know what quince tastes like, but there is a slightly more bitter sour tang for the after taste; which is long lasting. Crisp, a little hoppy, clings to my tongue like oil.
