Deep mahogany red color. Sweet smoke aroma. Flavor is richly Smokey with layers of smoked meat, caramelized bacon, and a touch of brown sugar. Finishes slightly sweet which is it’s only flaw. Make more and send it to a Sioux Falls!

Thought I had already checked in on these. Not as straight up 'sausage in a can' like AS, more like sitting around the BBQ smelling the wood and grill. Much sweeter flavor. Took a little getting used to, but very good.
