Grassy, fresh baked bread aroma. Super light color, probably like an SRM 1. Light & biscuity, with grassy & straw-like flavors, mild tamarind fruitiness (Modelo yeast?). This has to be the lightest colored beer I've ever had. Superb light lager.

In a dark room, hearlded only by the gleam of my TV it pours out and looks like water with a small foamy head, upon closer inspection in light its a faint gold color. Remarkably clean but taste is akin to mainstream light brews.
